Memory Care Unit for Alzheimer's and Other Dementias
 Our Memory Care Unit is designed to provide an extra measure of care
for those who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease or other dementia. The unit has been designed with common spaces including a lovely walking garden in a secure area for those who have wandering tendencies.
Our entire care team understands and responds compassionately to the special
needs of residents with this diagnosis. Regularly scheduled
team care conferences ensure that each resident’s needs are being met. Supervision by caring
trained staff allow each person to get exercise, fresh air, and sunshine within the safety of
our community.
Our main meals and frequent healthy snacks are so delicious that our residents
easily maintain healthy weights. Our loving team of activities coordinators focus on
everything the residents can do and that attitude makes all the difference! |
